I stayed here for 3 nights and truly enjoyed my choice. the rooms were big and well-stocked with comfy king size beds. Excellent facilities, everything you could wish for.

my suite was well stocked, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. had own bathroom with all essentials.

Had really nice stay for family vacation, the staff were amicable, location was UNBEATABLE back in the Big Bear area. Location: the hotel was near to all the restaurants and bars as well as the lake. And it was at a medium distance from Club Bombay, ate there couple of times.

Booked a room with particularly nice views to the village. the staff were very, very nice. - Unbeatable and excellent location back in the Big Bear area. - It was also near a great restaurant as well as all the restaurants and bars.

The resort had great amenities, including covered garage parking, a game room, and a pool. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the village. The staff was helpful and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this resort.

All was amazing, I couldn't find any faults!

This place exceeded my expectations. The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious, with super comfortable beds. The bathroom was luxurious and the shower was bigger than most bathrooms. The staff provided excellent customer service and promptly resolved any issues, like the air conditioner problem. the facilities and amenities were top-notch, making it a great value for the price.

The hotel offered excellent services, with super friendly staff. The location was perfect, in the core of the village, close to everything. One of the best aspects was the climatized pool, which definitely added to my overall experience.

The coffee pot in the room was extremely slow and took around 30 minutes to make a pot of coffee, which was a bit frustrating. However, there was a pod machine in the lobby which was an alternative option.
